Product Preparation Method:

Grape juice is mixed with Syrian anise seeds and stored under specific conditions for at least one week. Afterward, the mixture is distilled through specialized distillations towers, resulting in a clear liquid with an alcohol concentrations of 53% +- 1%.

The product has a fragrant aroma and a distinctive, sweet taste. It stands out from competing products by being free of heavy alcohols, which can cause headaches and throat dryness.
